Salamander Hotels and Resorts, one of America’s top luxury hospitality brands, will manage the hotel bringing a level of service and luxury not currently available in the Destin area. The hotel features 5 room types: Gulf, Garden, Spa, Pool, Suites. One of the main features of the hotel and resort is the five star spa and salon services. The Henderson Lofts are currently under construction inside of Henderson Beach Resort. The Lofts will be a single four-story luxury condominium project of 54 units with an underground parking deck. Each unit will have a bunk bed nook. The design and architecture will mimic The Henderson Hotel’s mix of brick and shake on the exterior. The Lofts will be located on the southeast side of Henderson Resort, on the corner of Scenic Highway 98 and Matthew Boulevard in Destin, Florida.
